Orange Peanut Sauce

Great served over steamed or stir fried veggies with rice. Use edamame for protien or try with a meat.

Orange Peanut Sauce (adapted from Whole Foods)

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons raw cashew butter or almond butter
1 teaspoon liquid aminos or reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1/4 clove garlic

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
